ATTENDANCE
The hours of attendance are from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. with intervals of ten minutes, each in the morning and afternoon with a lunch break of forty minutes 12.20 - 1.00 p.m. Late coming to school is discouraged. Any student found coming late on five occasions and more during the course of the year will be severely dealt with. No student should be seen outside the classroom during class hours. No leave or absence will be granted except on written application of the parents, submitted well in advance.
Students who absent themselves from school for five days and more in succession are struck off the rolls and as per rules are not readmitted. If a student is absent due to illness, the Principal must be informed at once and the student must produce a Medical Certificate when he/she returns to school in case of long duration of absence. Habitual late coming and irregular attendance are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of a student
