Parents/Guardians are expected to co-operate with the School by enforcing regularity, punctuality and discipline in the children by taking sincere interest in their progress. Any communication (request/complaint) made by the parents should be addressed to the Principal. Leave letters are to be submitted by the parents personally to the Principal.

Parents are not permitted to go to the classrooms during class hours in order to meet their children or the teachers without the permission of the Principal. Parents should see that their children prepare lessons at home and devote minimum one hour in the morning and two hours in the evening for studies. Parents should check the students’ Handbook everyday and take note of the homework/information given and see that the homework is done before the children are sent to School the next day.

The presence of the parent at the ‘Parent-Teachers’ meeting is compulsory. A progress report showing the academic development of the children, with suggestions for improvement will be sent after each test or examination. The report must be signed by the parent/guardian and returned to the School. Parents should encourage their child to participate in the School activities.

Parents and Guardians are requested to see that their boys come to School with their hair properly cut and combed, in neat School uniform. Girls must tie white ribbon appropriately. Parents should avoid planning social functions, outings and pilgrimages on School working days. Parents should pay the School fees on the day stipulated without any delay. Whenever the School organizes a tour or picnic, the parents will be informed in writing. The School authorities are not responsible for any unauthorized tour or picnic.
